Kids ride on cars this Christmas

October 24, 2018

This year I’m focussing on sharing unisex gifts for children. Gifts that can be given to either girls or boys, that both can enjoy. Even better, toys that can be given to kids as a ‘shared’ gift that they can use together. I must admit that one of my dreams as a child was to have our very own, miniature version of the cars we loved. Kids ride on cars.  Think Volks Wagon Beatle, Ferrari and Jeeps. Mind you, in the 80s cars like these would have cost close to the real thing.

This days, ride on cars are so much more affordable, and the range is fantastic.  Cars for Kids is the leading supplier of of ride on toy cars in Australia. With kids electric cars starting from as little as $79 (yes $79),  you can find the perfect toy car for your boy or girl.

I was recently asked to check out their range and boy was I impressed. I actually wish I could transport myself to being 6 years old again. From Mercedes Benz, to Ferraris, Range Rovers to Quad bikes. The range is literally amazing.

The best part? They are  an Australian owned and Australian run family business just trying to make their mark on this big little place we call home. And what better way to do it than with the little one cruising down the street in a pretty cool car.

What cars are available?

No matter what the age, Cars for Kids has the perfect car. We specialise in cars for kids aged between the age of 3 and 8. Looking for a perfect starter car for your child between the age of 3 and 5? Look at our collection of Licensed Ford Focus’s, Ford GT, or our Licensed Maserati GranTurismo. Looking for something with a little more power for kids between the ages of 5-8? Check out our amazing Nissan GTR.

Free Pick Up

What’s even better is they have free pickup in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth!  If your little one is too impatient and just cannot wait to sit behind the steering wheel, you can arrange a free pickup with us! Not only that you will not pay the shipping and delivery costs, but your child will enjoy fun moments in his new ride on toy much sooner. Just select “Free Local Pickup” as the delivery option when ordering your car.

Here are some of our favourites!

Ella would adore this Mercedes Convertable!

How cute is this ride on fire engine?

I think Daniel would love to get into this Range Rover!

Such a cool present for any child, and with their prices they are so affordable. It’s also fantastic to be able to support an Australian business. Head on over to their website here, and check out their huge range!

I would love to get my boys one of these but we don’t have a particularly big yard. It’s a shame as these sound affordable!
