Fresh and Clean with Fantastic Services

October 7, 2019
Fantastic Services

*It should be noted that in writing this review, Fantastic Services provided myself with a three hour cleaning service with two cleaners. Whilst I did not pay for this service, the review that I have provided is my own and has not been edited in any way.

If there is one thing, one thing that I feel is the best investment for your money…. it’s a cleaner. As a working Mum, time is something I cannot get more of. I’m forever chasing my tail as I try to get everything done. There is my work life, my family life, social life (forget that last one). As parents we are always trying to do the best we can for our families, but we often forget to take care of ourselves. Every time I do something for myself, I have the dreaded guilt that I should in fact, be doing something for someone else in my family. I’ve got no idea why, but if I ever get the chance to watch one of my favourite shows on Netflix, I feel so restless that I should be doing something else. So when Fantastic services asked me if I’d like to trial one of their cleaning services, I figured stuff it. I would let someone else clean my bathroom floors, so that I could actually enjoy the time I had with my children, or heaven forbid…doing something for my actual self.

Once my service was booked, they checked in with me to make sure that I had indicated every detail of what I wanted included in the clean. I’ve known other friends for years to swap cleaners, and recommend (or warn people away) from other cleaners, and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to be as specific as you can to ensure that they do exactly what you want them to do. After all, they cannot be mind readers.

Specifically, the service that I had was an expert spring clean. This focusses on:

  • One-time cleaning for any occasion
  • Eco-friendly detergents and methods upon request
  • Personalised cleaning to-do lists
  • Fully insured & background-checked cleaners

So before my clean, I filled out a personalised request form to give them more information about my home, and my priorities. The day came and two gentlemen arrived. I greeted them and showed them around my home. For the next two hours they cleaned my home from top to toe. Everything I asked for was completed quickly, and because there was two of them, it was done in half the time it would have taken someone to do on their own. I couldn’t have been happier to receive a feedback form and indicate the specific areas that I was happy with. I think that if I hadn’t have been happy, I could have also been really clear in telling them what I would like improved for the next time, without feeling as though I was being picky.

What I really like most about Fantastic is the fact that they have an app ‘GoFantastic’, that allows you to book all the services you need. From cleaning (there are about ten different clean services), to gardening, to pest control. You can book what you need, chat to get advice and have everything ready on your phone. Literally without needing to talk to anyone and be on hold. You can download the app for iPhone here and Android here.

Fantastic Services

I’m thrilled to be able to provide my followers with a referral code which will provide you with a $20 discount on a service booked with Fantastic Services. To claim your discount, simply use the code HAPPYELLAAFTER or use the following link which will have the code pre loaded: https://accounts.fantasticservicesgroup.com.au/referral/happyellaafter

So there you have it. It’s hard to find great services, let alone ones that are fantastic. I’m so thrilled that I think I will treat myself more often! My Dad did tell me… happy wife… happy life. I think the same can be said for anyone!
