School Holiday Fun: Marvel Avengers Station

June 28, 2018
Marvel Avengers Station

Looking for something to do with the kids these school holidays in Melbourne? If you’ve got little (or big) kids that adore super heroes, then you should absolutely head into the city and visit the Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. Go beyond the. As a training agent of S.T.A.T.I.O.N. you can train like an Avenger by testing your strength and reflexes, learn to power Iron Man’s blasters and see if you are worthy to wield Thor’s mighty hammer.

MArvel Avengers Station

Explore an extensive range of Avengers costumes and weapons as used in the making of the movies. Delve into the science, history, engineering, genetics and technology behind our favourite Super Heroes.

Also get your hands on exclusive Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. streetwear, accessories and collectibles. Only available from the gift shop.

We headed there last weekend, and spent approximately 90 minutes checking out some of the awesome interactive exhibits that bring to life all of your favourite super heroes. The lights, the sounds, the props. It’s awesome.

To ensure you are fuelled with everything you need for your mission, the Mid Town Diner is also open next door during the duration of the exhibit,  This two storey pop-up entails a classic gritty diner on the lower level and a modern-day speakeasy on the rooftop. Drawing style inspiration from the old-school New York City diners lining the fast-walking and tough-talking streets of Marvel’s eponymous Midtown, Manhattan, this hospitality hotspot injects the perfect amount of New York City life into Melbourne’s own Midtown.

Midtown has flown into Melbourne for a limited time only to accompany the world-class immersive experience Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. As a training agent of S.T.A.T.I.O.N. you can train like an Avenger and delve into the science and technology behind your favourite Super Heroes. Tommy Collins by Atlantic Group are here to ensure all agents are nourished following their interactive training.

The Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. can be found at The Paddock, Federation Square (Behind the Fed Square Car Park). Federation Square is on the corner of Swanston and Flinders Streets, opposite Flinders Street Station. They are open Thursday to Sunday with the last admission of the day 1 hour prior to closing time. Opening hours differ during school holidays June 30 – July 15.
